These terms keep MovieBoynhiaTV dependable for everyone. They apply when you browse, create an account, or use a free or paid feature.

By using MovieBoynhiaTV, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any plan terms shown before purchase. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age required where you live. Keep account details accurate, protect sign-in codes and devices, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not sell, lend, or transfer an account.

2. Service access

We may provide discovery, streaming, search, watchlists, progress sync, profiles, downloads, and paid features. Availability depends on device, network, region, plan, and content rights. Access is a limited permission, not ownership of a title or the app.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service for private, non-commercial entertainment. Do not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security or geographic controls, overload the service, impersonate others, harass users, or distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful, violent, or exploitative material.

4. Ownership and feedback

MovieBoynhiaTV, its licensors, and content partners own the software, marks, artwork, audio, video, and data. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without payment, while keeping ownership of your original work.

5. Changes and interruptions

We may change, pause, or retire features and titles because of licensing, maintenance, security, law, or platform requirements. You are responsible for compatible equipment, internet access, and data charges.

6. Suspension and closure

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or close access for serious breach, fraud, security risk, or unlawful use. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple-managed subscription.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise every title or feature will be uninterrupted. Nothing removes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Governing terms and updates

The laws applicable to our principal place of business govern these terms, without removing mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. We may revise these terms and will publish the new version and effective date.
